So of you have to deliver bad news, or have awkward conversations how do you go you approach it?
Do you dive straight in? Or do you test the waters and build up to it? |

"Depends on the situation. If they're being a knobhead and I need to deliver the bad news that they're a knobhead, I tend to dive straight in.
I can be tactful when the situation calls for it."
This, and if their attitude deserves a diplomatic and tactful response |

I am the most useless person at being tactful. I can usually offend or upset someone without any intention |

I have no tact what-so-ever, especially if the reciever is a plonker. Then I just dive in without thinking, tact usually flies out the window lol...
But I can be tackfully serious when I need to be... |

Make sure to find a quiet place away from prying eyes and ears, make sure the other person is sitting comfortably, look him/her in the eyes and dive right into it.
