I can't shave as I get an awful rash so I wax. Waxing makes it grow back a lot thinner once you have been doing it for awhile.
I did try Veet once, but I had a little accident so will NEVER use that again. I left it on a bit too long and it got all a bit burny and ouchies. I thought I had damaged my most important girl bits! |

I did this once too. Only I left it on within the time it said on the box but it seems scrotum skin is a little more sensitive than that on the rest of the body. Jumped in the shower to wash it off and well...blood....NEVER again!! Scrotum was sore for days and made my cycle into work rather uncomfortable too |

Veet is evil! I used it once, on my legs and lady bits. Think it'd been on about 3 minutes and I was on fire, red spotty skin never ever again. I put up with the itch from shaving x |

"But isn't that powder just something to use for shaving?
No you mix it with water put it on and rinse it off after a bit. "
Does it cheically burn the hair away then? |

Waxing surely is a safer option. Just amazes us that people use chemicals in these magic powder things without researching the safety of the chemicals used. Unless of course the manufacturers and bodies that award them licenses satisfy your doubts |

I should have added that that is not just a pervert comment... my wife has hair there and it has become my quest to find a better way to get rid of it. I hate the hair but my wife does not like the stubble a day or so after shaving so it is a constant shaving process or 'fluff'.

I've never used magic powder myself but it's no new invention. I believe it was created to be used on facial hair. I haven't a clue how it works I've just heard good things about it even from those with very sensitive skin. |

Works well for lots of people, still needs to be done quite frequently don't leave it on too long and do a small test before putting it all over. |

"I use Magic Powder, It's awesome!
Does it burn like the evil Veet does?
Does it grow back as quick as shaving?"
The first time I used it it did, but that's because I left it on longer than it stated. I've used it numerous times since and had no problems with it. Works wonders! |

From the responses this Magic powder looks to be worth a try here too. It seems there are about 5 different types / colours. ?
Sorry for hyjacking the thread. It is something my wife and I could do with solving too.
