A Secret Hideaway In the caravan of love

How can these be justified.

If you order theatre tickets on the internet and paid for them online then print the tickets off yourself who has to handle anything.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I think you should start a petition to expose this rip off. Or, write to Watchdog. Or, complain to the company.

Was it a third party site? Maybe it's their fee.

I do not have any issues with handling charges as long as they are.stated upfront.

If I don't want to pay them, I have the option to go to the venue's box office to buy the ticket in person.

Although it's a rather expensive option if you're in Wiltshire and the theatre is in Manchester.

Norwich

Is it more expensive than the handling fee?

Its a rip off yes, but perfectly legal as all ticket offices do it, even if you go directly to that company and cut out the middle man. Banks and other various companies charge too. I thinks is disgusting to be honest as before they used to count out the money for you. Now they click ok on the keyboard and charge you for that
