If you're nervous do you show signs externally?

I'm going to my first munch tonight and I'm so nervous. My excema (sp) has flared up on my neck and I've just developed a lovely spot on my face! I get like this when I'm really nervous - please tell me I'm not the only one!

In Your Bush

Whats a munch?

Don't get nervous if someone starts munching you. That could end disastrously

I'm not rising to the previous 'hair' related comments - but you're both due a serious spanking before the months out!

Rubes - nerves are natural - be it socials, meets. Munches, standing up to speak in front of 1000 people - or just sending that first message!

The only time you should ever run from someone showing signs of nerves is when the blatantly need a new pair of corduroys!!!

Erm no touching without permission Mr Obi!

I know nerves are just adrenaline pumping etc - but why did it have to give me such a wicked rash and spot!?

I know some on here might disagree, bit the skin is our largest organ

Not surprising it acts up and stress can be a major factor.

I have very mild psoriasis which may be stress related. (if it is there's a hell of a lag time.) It responds well to taking all my clothes off and sunbathing nude, that's my story Officer and I'm sticking to it

Not un-sexy.

Mine is fairly stable and not a problem, a few red patches of skin. No itching so no scratching or bleeding.

A little worse in winter.

Surprising how many have it or have a family member who does.

I'm a chatterbox at the best of times but worse when I'm nervous. A few men have discovered a way to shut me up though

How did the munch go? I can't imagine you being nervous, you were so confident at the social.

I'm searching for old forum posts on nerves looking for reassurance as I'm nervous as heck about some upcoming events/ meets.
