I can't sleep cause when I close my eyes I feel sea sick

Little ones are sure to have me up before 7.30 , I need suggestions on how to get rid of that d*unken dizzy thing and fast!!!

The best thing is just to keep them shut. Avoid the temptation of opening them otherwise you'll feel more sick.
