have noticed recently on the forums there seems to be a bit of a bad vibe and bitching and plain nastiness?? counted a few posts that have been really horrid and personally i dont see the point as no one is under any obligation to answer??
why not try today if you cant say nothin nice about someone dont say anything at all? just try it u might like it!!!
(if this post decends into chaos and ends up closed then i will know that irony is alive and well!!  |

hello cathy!!
it has been gettin a bit out of hand and its a shame as the forums are normally a nice funny place!!
obviously people are goin to have different feelings about different issues but sometimes peoples answers if they dont agree are just plain rude or insulting and doesnt make good readin for new people on the forums! xx  |

Like in life, not everyone will like each other, and sometimes it comes out on the forums.
Sadly these types of threads don't help.... as the OP says they normally shows up why they posted in the first place.
The best thing to do is ignore anyone who pisses you off, and concentrate on all the other posts.
And kev, nice to see your face for a change.
I am going to shut this now, as the OP it normally turns into a all out bitching session with loads of people getting paranoid or defensive. |

Totally agree!
There was a post right at the beginning of the month, talking about it being a new year and appealing for some decency and civility but sadly it didn't last long!
Somebody started a thread which mentioned marrieds and there was a stampede of all the usual culprits voicing their vitriolic rubbish!
We all have our own opinions and in a free and open forum we should be allowed to voice them, just as long as there isn't an attempt to ram them down everybodys' throats!! |
