Right i need a very big deep breath !!
Three times i have phoned the child tax benefits office already today, and i have sat and pressed all the right buttons and listened to all the waffle that you have too for a good 15 minutes each time. Then they say hold the line we will put you through to an adviser....
2 MINUTES LATER i get told sorry can't take your call then cut me dead.
If i didn't think that this was important i would leave it.
What ever happened to waiting in a queue , this is just so rude the way it is done now.
Apologies for not being Thursday, but seriously i am at boiling point

i phoned them up 6 times before finally getting through.. all for me to say the declaration form was correct and what my p60 had said id earnt.. piece of piss.
think they earnt £10 at least from me being on hold for a conversation that lasted all of 1 minute when i got through. |
