In praise of all us women over 40 !
A woman over forty knows herself well enough to be assured in who she is, what she is, what she wants and from whom. Few women past the age of forty give a hoot what you might think about her or what she’s doing

It all depends on past experiences. My first marriage was to a man who constantly put me down and mentally as well as physically abused me. My second husband started to boost my confidence and I felt a lot better about myself but then he lost interest in sex and I felt it was because he didn't find me attractive despite him saying otherwise and my confidence took another nose dive. I'm now with partner no. 3 and I've never felt sexier and confident in my own skin, my age has nothing to do with it, it's the person you're with or that are around you that helps.  |

women over 40 are unshockable because they have seen it all before.
they dont worry about what people think of them so much because they realise there are far worse things to worry about.  |
