Just bought a punnet of Cornish strawberries.. am looking forward to a bowl later, nice and cold and as nature intended... naked

I can remember picking various things throughout the year like, blackberries, plums, nuts and apples and selling them for pocket money |

Ice cream...
1 pint of double cream
1 small can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Whisk together until stiff and freeze...
easy peasy.
Needs to come out of the freezer to soften for about 10 mins and eventually goes off as it does not have softeners or preservatives in it.
Yummy with strawberries though.
