This trying to lose weight malarky is a pain in the arse sometimes ....
I'm also in need of kisses , some ME time , some sleep , a cleaner plus lots lots more !!!

If you're hungry then eat, dieting doesn't mean you have to starve yourself! Just get some fruit down you
or fill up on water, 'cos the brain can't differentiate between hunger and thirst. So really you're thirsty when you think you're hungry |
