I shall post updates. We are near Huddersfield! I'm not dead yet. I was supposed to drive myself up later but both dogs have got kennel cough and her fella is looking after them. This is no fun. |

In major stressful situations I can't control I try visualization.. take myself off to my happy place in my head. Sometimes helps 
If it's any consolation I end up with my nails embedded in something every time my Mum drives too  |

I think its the control freak in me. I am a crap passenger especially when she's driving. We are nearly there and I'm not dead! Nor is she, which is more luck rather than judgement. |
