So I'm nearing the end of my phone contract. My BB curve has just broken so instead of giving me a new phone they are sending it away for repair. I pointed out that when i return to collect it I will be changing it as the contract is up and it is a waste of time and money but that is what t-mobile thinks is good business. Anyway - when I do change any recommendations?

Its really not, its just perceived as that by very clever marketing. But if you're happy with it then thats your opinion as much as this is mine

I just upgraded from HTC Desire to an S3. It's way better. Bigger screen and battery lasts way longer even when browsing.

"Htc or Samsung. Android rocks "

I'm nearing the end of a contract with an HTC, never again will I have HTC.

Up until recently I stuck with Sony Ericsson (Now just Sony), I'm in two minds, either Sony or Samsung.

Either way, I'm happy with Android.

Never ever get htc. Biggest waste of time and money. No memory and terrible battery. I phone yeah it's pain charging daily if u use lots apps but is best system appearance And generally awesome. I love my iPhone 5 and wouldn't look back.

"Htc or Samsung. Android rocks "

I have the S3, and if that's anything to go by, the S4 will be even better.

Have been hearing good things about the new HTC One too, and as for low memory etc, really? 32G of internal and 2G of DDR2 system memory??

Having a quick peep, the wildfire can hold a memory card of up to 32gig, internal memory isn't good mind. It is an older phone compared to your i5

You will maybe have a high end phone just a little message though bought the new samsung fame for my daughters bday classed as a budget phone at £120 and have nothing but problems with it in the end it did get recalled but have had to wait over a month for a replacement she is now very happy with a blackberry x

that was a pants phone, basically a budget android, so you lost most of the functionality, so I understand why you'd not be a fan

Yeah I was forced to buy larger memory card after stupid Vodafone woman lost mine. But htc don't let u save stuff to it to use it. Very pointless. Yeah I had htc 18 months bought out n bout my Iphobe I'd been lusting over

My HTC let's me save apps, games and the likes to the memory card.

The wildfire is a budget phone and was never one of HTC's better phones.

Don't compare the two, that would be like comparing Apple's first phone to the latest best Android, Blackberry or Windows phone, and Apple's first phone was at least then their best, unlike HTC's Wildfire.

and since the courts ruled samsung nicked all of apples patents... does it make it 1 all???

heck all the people who complain about giving money to the all might "apple corporation" seem to forget that the company who made galaxy phones made 12 billion last year.....

not bad for a corner shop outfit.. oh wait... they are not!!!

I put a copy of the beta ios7 on my phone.. have to say in my bestest louis walsh voice "i like it!!!"...

for music and the calander and the day to day stuff, it is an improvement by far...

p.p.s... ios 7, actually feels more like the windows phone than android.....

i would suggest the google nexus 4, is a quite high level phone, cheap, around 250 if i don;t remember badly, is unlocked, and you can choose the company you want, in my case giffgaff is the winner, 12 pounds unlimited data unlimited messages and 500 minutes, but I'm not sure, and it is one month rolling contract so if you find something better you can move straight away

Just to throw a curve, what about a Nokia Lumia windows8 phone?

I have the 820 model and i love it. Battery life is very good for a smartphone with a large screen, lasts from 6:30am to around 9:00pm and that's with me browsing etc on and off and the data stream turned on all day.

Has an expandable memory up to 64gb (newest 925 model is a fixed 32gb) and a very good camera.

The OS is fantastic, very slick and intuitive and has lots of apps in the store - certainly i haven't found a problem there.

Lovely phone, well built and easy to use with Nokia's legendary battery power.

I've just gone to contract and got a Lumia 820. My second windows phone and I luv it I am a nokia fan though having switched back from Samsung.

I bought an i phone 5 when they first came out, as everyone was raving about them. Had nothing but trouble with it and had to send it back in the end. Even their technical support couldn't sort it I'd never contemplate an i phone again to be honest!

I've got an iPhone 5, the battery life is great as with any phone it depends how much you use it or how many apps you have running in the background

Has anyone got a Sony experia z?

I'm due an upgrade in September and have had a few Sonys and would like to know if that one is worth it or if I should change loyalty.

This is one I'm considering, the gimmicky side puts me off though, the touch to pair would mean buying specific items to pair with it rather than what you choose.

You are all missing a trick here.....surely we are all perverts on here, I know I am, and the only phone for a true pervert is the Samsung Note, purely for the screen size I can see so much more. When the Note three comes out I am going to change to that as I believe its going to have a six inch screen....perhaps guys will use it as the new cock comparison pic instead of a sky remote.......

my phone and internet are with Talktalk. Existing customers can normally get it for £7.50 a month, but they had a 1/2 price sale...

I hate talktalk, but at £4 a month.... it would be rude on to
