I googled "can cum be classed as one of your 5 a day" and found this answer....

It doesn't have nearly as much vitamin C as an orange and the nutrition it does have is not enough to count as a part of your diet, that is unless you swallow 15 or 20 loads a day. Now I know some street walkers in Baltimore who do more than 20 guys a day and they wouldn't make any money if they didn't swallow. lol

Honestly x I have ice cream maker and if you make it yourself and add no sugar use lo fat yogurt and loads of mushed raspberries then absolutely and its lush
