I've watched them all and even had a call from them the other day, more places should be like this insted of all the political correctness that's gone way to far in some areas, my opinion anyway. |

I wouldn't say brilliant but its pretty good all the same. The producers I am sure get them to ham it up and pick on the most entertaining bits. |

Think some bits are over acted. I work in a call centre and there are elements of fun and u do get the horrible treatment but its nothing like that. But then doin outbound calls is very difficult do gotta make it fun in some ways |
