i am a member of one of those 'thins for sale in...' pages on facebook and there is an explosion of people advertising cup cakes and other baked goods on there.
now i havent asked specifically on there but i am sure to sell to the public you nee to have a food hygiene certificate, even if its from your home and if it is from your home its harder to get this certificate?
where would they stand if someone got ill from eating one of their cakes? |
