Yeah. I'm going a lot slower than I should be through the programme. Need to work on getting out more during the week. Am on week 4 now
Gonna start looking for some local 5k fun runs to do when I'm around week 7 I think. |

Wouldnt worry about going slower... I did weeks 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 twice each...so what was meant to be a 9 week programme took me 14 weeks to get to the end of...
Take your time and do it as it suits you... You'll get there in the end. |

Go Evie!! The first time I ran 5k without stopping I was so happy I cried!! Lol. Got down to 28 mins in the end. Can't wait for my boy to start nursery in sept so I can get back on it!! Xx |

Well done, Evie. Keep it up.
Now, I am curious about the sports bra. It takes me about 20 minutes to get into mine, by which time I haven't got the energy or desire to do anything sporty. Plus my walking is much faster than my running.
How are you coping with those extra things? |

I've got a fat one but it gives me mono-boob and is hard work.
As long as it's not giving you black eyes I suppose it does the job. |
