Title was meant to read "Complementary Therapies" (before the spelling police comes out in force 
Which one have you tried successfully and which one would you like to try and why?
Also, anybody had any really substantial improvements with any of the non conventional treatment forms? |

Hubby has been having reiki therapy for a while, has been quite a eye opener for him as he's the first to admit he's sceptical...I myself usually have some form of massage to relieve tension, but have recently had reflexology and so glad I did...was amazing  |

i was the ultimate sceptic until someone talked me into acupuncture for a condition that would of required minor surgery if it had continued ,it worked and the condition has never returned.
Tend not to scoff at such things now . |

I had chiropractic treatment years ago for sports injuries and the treatment worked.
Had one acupuncture session which was very relaxing and would like to try the Hopi candle therapy as heard it's very relaxing. |
