Me too!! I use none in my cooking because of my son and now I'm even worse for loading it on after! I know it's bad for me but I love it x

I used to enjoy watching the reaction of my work colleagues as they discovered "someone" had swapped out a bowl of salt in place of the sugar bowl next to the hot drink station on the rigs I worked on....

Do not use it at all most foods nowadays have some in it so no need plus not good for you.

Salt is a flavour enhancer - and if somebody has sensitive taste buds they probably do not need (much) salt to enjoy the food.

I grew up thinking beetroot came in pickled/salted flavour until I came across a boild plain one. I so enjoyed the plain unflavoured beetroot that I never looked back and these days I really do not use salt except perhaps on tomatoes or chips.

I am nonetheless worried. You formed an attachment with Marrow, no matter how short (the attachment, not the marrow) and it will be part of your history. I will always be compared to her! I will always be in competition. How can I possibly have a fair chance ?

Sobs.

Has glass of wine!

Looks in mirror hating herself.

Decides on another glass of wine.

After a few weeks salt free, your taste buds adapt and you don't miss it.
