A healthy fear of my parents.

They were never violent or abusive in any way but they were good at enforcing boundaries and at backing each other up.

I think that kids today are missing out on some good things that we had but have gained some things we didn't have. Every generation despairs of the youth of the day.

I think people watch far too much television in general, not just kids.

"When every sunday was a day of rest, it gave families the chance to spend quality time together "

we do this every sunday, traditional sunday roast, everyone helps lay the table, clear away, always have a chat over dinner and a family film to follow, our kids are 13 & 8, they love sundays as much as us xx

Discipline to a certain degree as some parents are very strict others not to.

freedom to play with other kids in the street.

or to go to the nurses homes and perve when they get changed after a shift, the things an 11 year old would do to catch glimpse of a bra back then LoL
