Over the rainbow, under the bridge

That's me. Can't help it but I loathe it when people use sentences like 'Just going shops'.

It's 'Just going TO THE shops'!!!

OK - calmer now. Deep breathing and seeking my 'happy place'. Pass the pills.

my pet hate is "How's you?" It isn't "how is you?" it is "how are you?" therefore "how're you?" but I'm learning to control it and actually read any messages that start that way

Be proud of your pedantry! Own it and love it, future it; and do not be lulled by those who speaketh evils such as "Grammar doesn't matter".

My personal blood-boiler of the day: Mixing up bald and bold.

I'm going to have to log out and go to bed now or I'll start thinking of all the things that I'm pedantic about like the use of to and too and of and off.

I KNOW it isn't important and that you can perfectly understand what a person has written but a small flicker of pedantry rises up inside me every time

I'm with ya on that one. I've noticed recently that lose is spelt loose. It's like an epidemic. I think the children are being let down at skool

Too many to list.

It does hurt my head and makes me die a little inside, but I try not to let it bother me though because mentioning them after people make the mistakes (even if you are trying to be helpful) makes you come across as a proper ****.

Tounge ... All the time... Even when i reply correctly...No. No. No. Tongue...oh and ect...ect?? How did that happen??

Repeat after me, it's not important, it doesn't matter. YES IT BLOODY DOES!!

(Also incorrect use of ellipsis...criminal).

It's easier face to face as so much communication is non-verbal.

I'm guilty of overuse of ellipsis on here... It's easier to leave things hanging, sometimes.
