What does that actually mean
I've seen that term used quite often on the site and in general about swingers but I'd like to ask what other members think it actually means to them and how they interpret the term in the swinging world |

For me, it's folk's attitude to others...lost count of how many times I've seen posters rubbishing threads with comments about how disgusting watersports/cheating/shagging BBW/shagging Skinny Minnies/Dom/Sub/insert current fashionable kink...and how they'd never do that in a million years (usually littered with multiple exclamation marks!!!!!!!) then I look at that poster's profile to see something along the lines of "Open minded, easy going couple/fem/male/TV/TS/7th Day Adventist, blah, blah, rhubarb, rhubarb"
It does make me snigger to myself |

open minded to me is pretty much the opposite of "non-judging unless tried" - I have found a few people in life who think they are open-minded until you mention something they dislike based on beliefs rather than experience.
Sorry Caz, yours is much better but I simply had to post underneath you |

Its all subjective,I would say non judgmental and open to new experiences but there is always a point where you have reached your limit of openmindedness and think whoa thats enough and then start to naturally judge what others thing is normal everyday behaviour to them |

Open minded to me is being aware and open to new and old things. Trying them, disliking them, forming an opinion on them. For me, I am open to push my boundaries, willing to try things and not just wonder, but there are things I will just keep on wondering about but not try. It's about maintaining your comfort zone, within the boundaries your willing to push, However far you push them! |

I tend to be open minded - but to me its about acceptance that people are different. What floats one person's boat may not float mine, but as long as you don't hurt me, or mine - go for it.
Or as my dad would say "A wish washy liberal" lol |
