I had mine in my shoulder and was told to rest for 48 hours, I didn't completely rest my shoulder and the injection didn't work! Second time around I did as I was told and and rested my shoulder and have been pain free for about 12 months |

I feel your pain.
I think the thing with the heel is the amount of force the doctor needed to exert in order to get through the tough skin on the bottom of the foot was what made it worse. Added to that I was kneeling on a chair facing away from him as he was forcing the needle in. Not sure if that was good or bad but I usually prefer to see what is going on. |
