I'm not a lover of reality tv, game shows et al but Total Wipeout has me in stitches.

It really is brain dead tv and Richard Hammond is his usual annoying self but I'm sat here laughing like a loon.

What tv programme is your guilty pleasure?

Can't stand any of those 'in the know' nudge nudge comedian panellists. They act like they all know something us mere mortals haven't been told. Smug bastards - and mostly quite unfunny too.

Those are the programmes I enjoy, Criminal Minds, Criminal Intent, Snapped: Women That Kill etc but I don't know why seeing people try to bounce over four giant red balls tickled me no end.

I always smile when they annouce the train to Effingham Junction too, never gets old!! Oh I'm easily amused lol

Been sat on the bike at the gym peeing myself to Total Wipeout.

Its absolute TV gold. Other guilty pleasures include old 70s cops shows (Kojak, The Sweeney, The Professionals)

Have to watch my step afterwards as I end up marching about calling everyone "Guvnor", smoking Regals and worrying about a blag going down in Croydon...
