I'm off work today, so I'm doing a surprise slap up meal for our lass.
Slow cooked lamb, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, spuds, sweet corn and Yorkshire puds.
To be honest, I've no idea what I'm doing with it, but it seems to be going well judging from the smell and the fact that the dog is being very friendly. |

Asparagus tortellini with a mushroom and foie gras sauce... homemade of course!! Topped up with a nice bordeaux red...

We have just had cheesy mash chicken breasts in some lovely sauce stuff and peas!!
Then carte dore ice cream with some double cream over the top for afters!! |
