Would you pack it in hand luggage or suitcase? Its only a small one and would easily fit in my make up bag but not sure whether to pack it or carry it in hand luggage

Always in my luggage, fortunately they've never checked it at customs

We've always put them in our hold luggage. As long as it doesn't resemble a bomb - you know, clock, wires, sticks of dynamite etc it shouldn't be a problem.

I've done both. Nothing like standing in the airport with security asking what my little diamond butt plug was for!

It was a dare... I won!

If they ask to open your hand luggage request it's done by a female - I did this once and she took a peek, closed the lid really quickly and said she thought everything was in order. She also went a bit pink...

My friend was wetting herself as I serenely passed through.

Admittedly I was carrying a selection.

Years ago we were going through Stansted security and the x-ray guy wanted a closer check.

The lady insisted on going into every side pocket on my hold all.

When she pulled out the latex body suit.

that was one thing but she took special care to fold it so nicely before puting it back...lol

But handcuffs should always go in the hold luggage...

I'm just back from the BBB and packed a few floggers in my suitcase! No way in my hand luggage lol, so I imagine there might have been a few raised eyebrows at the x-ray machine

take the batteries out of it, as if it gets activated in your gold luggage you will have to open the bag in front of everyone and remove them there.

Seen it happen loads of times

I can't remove the batteries - it's a sealed waterproof vibe - so just have to make sure there's no charge left before packing it. Left it buzzing away on it's own for about an hour before packing the last time I came home lol

J took hers to Sardinia a few years back, and she put in in her hold luggage. It was ok going out of stansted but coming back they make you take your hold luggage to a separate x ray machine and scan it whilst your stood there! the two customs officers were having a good laugh

The guy on the desk with the x-ray was about 20... I heard him call an older guy over and ask him about it... nice to know they're paying attention I thought!

Thinking about it the customs men know what they are so pack in your suitcase and I would presume they wouldn't be up for handling a used one.
