The industry I work in requires customers or potential customers to honestly declare any claims ect!!
Well I must have pulled the short straw today at work...
One customer didn't think they had to pay for our services, and another " forgot to declare 4 claims!! All made in the last 2 years!
So my question is, when your asked to answer questions honestly! Do you?

Yes. It is the same in my industry. I think the duty of disclosure act will make things more difficult for people to wriggle out of. As long as the questions are asked. |

I have to manage over 100 drivers and if i was to lie and got found out i would lose the trust of my colleagues. I always tell what i believe to be the truth. At times i have been wrong , but what i have said i believed to be correct.
