I love a good storm. When we were kids we would rush to the window and count the seconds between the lightning and the thunder to see how fat away it was

A few years ago I was driving through what turned out to be 7 storms in the county at the same time. My cat broke down (water in the electrics cos it the engine was all dunked up apparently ) and as I was on the phone to the recovery people a bolt of lightening struck (or rose as I believe lightening actually goes up???) the field next to me...... Was a bit twitchy bum time!!!

Luckily a nice couple took me in while the storm passed and the recovery people came and I paid them back by trying to stem the flood water getting in their house. I'm nice

I hate it. At night you'll find me shaking like a leaf under the duvet were I can't see the lightening.

Remindes me of my old Jack Russell, he was terrified, and if it was at night I'd never get any sleep as he would martch round the bedroom panting. And his breath was enough to make you're eyes water!

I can't stand it. The noise makes me jump out of my skin and I'm always worried the lighting is going to strike. It struck the roof of a house in the next street a couple of years ago. I thought someone had been shot
