hope ur freezer is free standing n not next 2 a radiator, washing machine,cooker ,or tumble dryer as these will make it work harder ,,so turn dial down ,,,,gud luk ,,,, |

It is by a washing machine but in a little unheated leanto type thing. |

You were right to begin with .... turn it down to its lowest til it thaws , overnight will prob do ... then adjust til its where it feels cool enough .... sometimes they freeze if theres too much in it and the air doesn't circulate .... if it doesn't settle doin this it mite need re-gassing .... maybe ... |
