So you are out n about doing your thing, you get a really really excruciatingly bad itch.....do you...

A- Scratch and care not a jot.

B- Scratch but try and do it on the sly and hope no one sees you.

C- Do a funny dance to try and scratch the itch.

D- None of the above I........
