Remove negative things from your life like alcohol, watching depressing tv programmes.
Try being good to yourself on diet and exercise.
Allow people you trust to help you.
Oh and talk it through with people so they understand you.
Take care x |

Long soak in the bath, then a favourite meal.
Followed by a good book or film.
Failing all that, a whole series of Black Adder (Baldrick works for me every time) |

Life goes on, the world does not stop spinning, the trees do not stop growing etc...
I kept myself busy with work, the pets kept me entertained, and found enjoyment in existing and new leisure interests, including FAB. |

I had a breakdown in November, been on Cytalopram, visit to docs each month. As of last week I am no longer on them, seeing him next month about quitting smoking (appt booked).
I'm feeling so much better, still working on the enthusiasm but getting there. Wanted to shut myself away but had a couple of very good friends that kept coming round & talking to me.
Trying to stay positive can be hard, but don't give up, keep fighting it. |

If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you'd like to win, but think that you can't, it's almost certain you won't.
If you think you'll lose then you've lost.
For out of the world we find,
success begins with a fellows will,
it's all in the state of mind.
If you think you're outclassed, you are.
You've got to think high to rise.
You've got to be sure of yourself before you can ever win a prize.
Lifes battles don't always go to the stronger or faster man,
but sooner or later the man who wins,
is the one who thinks that he can.

"I love walking i do work long hours tho so not always time for anythin else"
Join a walking group - do it regularly with other people.
On a group walk one automatically circulates, speaking to different people, getting to know them - it's good. |
