Met a older woman, loved it, didnt play just had a few drinks and was lovely being in great company. Would love to meet more older woman but lets see how i get on,

I meet the same older woman every Wednesday at 2 pm. She is 89 next month and my neighbor, but still very active, upright and moves with ease !!!

I take her shopping to Tesco

She is now showing signs of advanced dementia so in a space of about 3 hours we have the same conversation 5/6 times bless her

Does she count? ??

Nooooo I give the dame answers CIS to her it's as if its the first time we've had the conversation!! Altho eventually I usually say ' Peggy that's the fifth time we've had this convo in last hour! '

She knows she's losing it n we laugh about it (well wot else can ya do! )

I don't take offence either because I am!! I don't get the big objection with being called older I'd take more offence at being called mature to be honest At the end of the day if we're not the same age, we're either younger or older and to be fair to the OP he didn't use the word old. Get yourself booked on a SAGA holiday or a weekend break lol crikey years ago I worked in Austria in summer for a travel company ,not SAGA i was to young lol and omg the amount of older women together after a few shandys that would want to get into my pants ha ha
