On my own, Alta Rica, IMHO the best instant about.
If I have company, ground coffee, dark roast, and I believe one cannot go wrong with Lavassa blends.
I also has a Nespresso machine, however, I have not used it much on my own. I used to get the strongest pods, one per cup during weekdays, and 2 during weekends in larger cups. |

Nope! Not a coffee snob! Never been in one of those chavvy coffee shops and paid upwards of £3 for a 10p cup of coffee! I drink mainly instant. And whoever made the comment that Nescafe is not coffee? Works for me! Oh and millions of other "ordinary" people.
Alta Rica is way to strong and according to my doctor, should only be d*unk once or twice a week because of the caffine content. (for me!) We do have one of those nice trendy coffee makers and actually used it once...
No, it's off to the cash and carry for 200 Nescafe coffee sticks at about a tenner and keeps me happy during the day.
But give me a nice cup of tea, anytime! |

I only drink one cup of coffee in the morning, no other caffaine except a can of Coke at lunch, that's all.
And I like using 2 teaspoonsful of Alta Rica in a cup - I need a caffaine kick in the morning! |

I have my little bialetti moka on the stove top when I can't be bothered with the big all singing all dancing coffee machine... I can't function without a double espresso in the morning. |

Most of the time I'll have a cup of instant just for convenience but when I want a nice cuppa I put a cartridge in the Tassimo. Siren's not a great coffee drinker so putting a pot of fresh on is a bit of a waste. The Tassimo suits us fine as it's a one cup dispenser and she can have her Decaf and me, the full blend. |

Instant but occasionally have it with with a twist.
Fill your mug half with milk then the other half with boiling water stir then stick in the micro for 30 secs and it comes out like a cappuccino then grate a little chocolate on the top.
I usually buy Percol or Carte Noire. |
