I have a problem similar to the Skype problem recently posted. my yahoo messenger does not recognise my password any more and if I try to create a new id it still does not work. I have uninstalled messenger for the present out of desperation and use Skype instead. does anyone have any ideas how I can create a new messenger id and get it to work? |

Hello Fred,
have you gone through the 'forgotten password' routine, failing that you'll need to ask for assistance from Yahoo. I know I've had to change my password in the past due to problems, With Yahoo's help?

Might be a problem with Yahoo.
Opened a new mail account recently, now I can't log in. The backup email I linked to the account isn't recognised (even though I still have the email it sent to register it), it tells me I was last logged in about 2 years ago (account is 3 weeks old maybe) and the security question is 'whats the name of your eldest child?' (anyone that knows me knows a bloody hate kids) |
