Bought a fridge freezer yesterday from a well known outlet, paid for a specific delivery slot for today between 1100 and 1500, well guess what, not here yet.
Have ran the tracking service,.automated telling me my slot time. Tried on line tracker, and just tells me slor time. No store number available.
Am I entitled to a refund?

A refund on what? The delivery charge? or do you want to cancel the entire order? |

Deffo entitled to refund if you paid for delivery, if not tell them you booked time off work and want recompensing for lost hours.
I had the same a few years ago, with now no longer here Comet, got £100 of Kingfisher Group vouchers, spent at B&Q and bought new shed! |

you can put a claim in for compensation, as in lost wages. Most large companies do give their customers some form of goodwill when deliveries go wrong, try to resist the urge of shoving it where you want to when the delivery guy turns up, as this may be looked upon as assault lol |

Go into the said store and ask for refund, if you get no joy from that then email their head office.... The latter normally works well in getting your refund speedily |
