How should bacon be cooked?

In a frying pan with eggs, mushrooms sausages and fried bread, good portion of baked beans and cheese over the top. Mug of tea. Sorted- heart attack on a plate! Great hangover cure too. It will either kill or cure you. lol Oh and brown sauce is a must! |

Pour it off half way. Crisps up a treat. No mess if you use foil and less fat. |

Is it not the same as doing under the grill or microwave though as I like mine crispy too |

Cut off the rind and fat, cut that into small pieces and put in a VERY hot pan. Couple of minutes later add the rashers and carry on frying. Add a knob of butter when almost finished, then chuck in a slice of bread. Once the bread is done, tip it all out onto toast, with the fried slice in the middle. No sauce allowed. |
