In a frying pan with eggs, mushrooms sausages and fried bread, good portion of baked beans and cheese over the top. Mug of tea. Sorted- heart attack on a plate! Great hangover cure too. It will either kill or cure you. lol Oh and brown sauce is a must!

It has to be smoked streaky for me, fried till crispy, and I would cut off the rinds and fry them separately until crispy, yum!

DON"T grill it. Fry, and keep the fat to cook all those other low-carb, yummy things.

Cut off the rind and fat, cut that into small pieces and put in a VERY hot pan. Couple of minutes later add the rashers and carry on frying. Add a knob of butter when almost finished, then chuck in a slice of bread. Once the bread is done, tip it all out onto toast, with the fried slice in the middle. No sauce allowed.

Spend a bit more money and buy dry cured bacon and grill till crisp. This way you dont get all the nasty fluid seeping out, that they inject it with
