My philosophy on things like this... And sorry if it seems harsh and I know it's easier said than done the first few times....
Don't be bothered about it in any way shape or form. Being angry, upset, whatever, isn't going to change anything that's happened and will probably have no effect on what is going to happen. When you're angry/upset about things, it's only going to make things worse for you. You're full of negativity and people will pick up on that and it'll make you that little bit difficult for people to be around.
The best thing to do is just accept what's happened, have a little evaluation and get on with your day, genuinely not being arsed about a thing.
Like I said, I appreciate it's easier said than done, but this is how I've learned how to live my life. Sounds cold? Ask me how much I care... |
