Mine has been awful today but I tend to suffer all year round!

I've done good right up until late this afternoon ,used to suffer really bad.Im now sporting the red eye snotty nose itchy throat sneezing look not pulling it off great tho....  |

I've always found Zinc tablets to work very well for fighting off hayfever, at least they do for me, and they also deter bug bites (but please do your research before using them folks, too much Zinc is bad as is too little).
And to think, I only started taking them to raise my sperm count  |
