First match of this current tour on Aussie soil in Perth Western Australia.
In their first game the Lions beat the Barbarians 59-8 in Hong Kong.
This one should result in an even bigger margin as the Aussie team is weakened for any number of reasons according to which press report you read.

i think we should just have a general lions thread...rather than one for each match and it is something i was meaning to do......
anyway... beer in hand, all set, god as captain and 8 irishmen in the starting 15 today.... bring it on!!

the only bad thing about todays game is that all of oz wont be watching....
it is up directly against state of origin 1.. so everyone in queensland and new south wales will be watching that..
