Sorry guys but I need to rant and cant post work stuff on Facebook.
Today I had to go to Birmingham for a course for my nvq. I was expecting it to be very interesting and informative, was expecting to learn a lot.
How wrong could I be!
I spent the day bored rigid while they covered stuff I learnt in my first few weeks in the job. It was so basic even I could have run the workshops 
I feel like it was a total waste of my time and a waste of company resources sending me on a course for something that I learnt nine months ago.

But on a more serious note, i find work courses are often a waste of time unless they cover something completely new to you. Hopefully your next one is better! |
