I work in an industry that at it's core should be about people.
In actual fact, it is more about one upmanship, talking a good job and where the next Audi is coming from.
I love my job, yet I despise the circles in which I have to mingle to get it done. |

I'm in charge of a bunch of crabbit bitches, and i genuinely dread coming into work in the morning with their constant moaning and lack of work ethic. Thankfully i have good mates in other departments i can cool off with and leave them to backstab and bitch about each other |

Surely you should be managing an effective behaviour change programme or something. If they have no work ethic they are not productive employees |

We have a few lazy people who do the bare minimum and have no initiative and are unable to finish a job properly. Never willing just to do a little more and a little effort to make a satisfactory job a good job. |
