Me! I just bought protein whey-hey! powder to try and help me tone up. Being veggie, I find firming up muscles quite difficult despite my gym membership which quickly degenerated into watching clantily Lycra clad ladies sweating. I am bronzed though so getting there. |

Socks and sandal's have been on since may 1st, trousers are now rolled up, I just need to tie one more knot in my handkerchief and I am all ready for summer! |

I try to have a bikini-ready body all year round but this time of year I cut down on carbs and make some extra effort at the gym to ensure I am ready for naughty summer hols.  |

I've been trying to get down to a size 14 from a 16 by summer. Fortunately on this country "summer" is an abstract concept so I never really have to achieve it! |

Well it about bodies so not quite a hijack but yes of course we can all see ourselves in a negative way and your confidence can be knocked, just need someone around you who builds it back up and that will do wonders for your self esteem |

Flattery will get you pretty much anything you desire! I'm size 16 top half and 14 bottom half.
I'm quite tall and I can't do much to disguise that I have Man shoulders and upper half. But I'm definitely between 14-16 now, down from 18-20 a year ago.
I can't see me getting to 12-14 because I'd just look ill. A toned 14 is my goal. |
