To stop feeling utterly broken hearted?
When you have split up with your partner, lover, soulmate, best friend and swinging buddy.
I feel sick when I think of not being with her anymore, can't eat, can't sleep and struggle to concentrate at work.
I just want to be able to forget and move on but I can't get her out of my head 24/7.
My bed is empty and I'm hurting a lot!

I think how it feels most is like some 1 really close to you has died only werse cos they are still around. Youll be ok mate trust me you will live again |

There's no set time limit but eventually you will get over it, we have all been there some people move on quicker than others. Try to get out and about and occupy your time. |
