As you may remember, I had a photo shoot done five weeks ago as a present from Dave. It made me feel on top if the world.
I spoke to the photogragher two weeks ago and asked where/when to expect delivery of the order. I was told I would have it by end of that week or begining of last week, so waited excitedly for delivery. No photos still.
I spoke to the studio today to be told as I hadnt given them a deadline the order hadnt been processed yet. Now I think this is poor customer service, or am I wrong?

Have you requested them by a certain date now? If not make sure you do and also state that you've already spoken to them about this. Then start writing things down!
Did you sign anything? There should be a clause in there for how long it should take to process the photos. Saying you didn't 'tell them' is unacceptable. If they start getting arsy then quote Supply of Goods and Services Act to them. |

We have all the emails sent and recieved, dave has emailed them this evening, saying how unhappy we are, he has put a tracker on it too. He has said he wants a response tomorrow |

Having contacted the company sgain yesterday my pics have now been dispstched,.so should get them within 48 hours"
