Watching Springwatch and had to smile as the presenters were being very serious about the death of a buzzard chick. Yes poor thing of course - but they were SO serious. Then they said that the mother buzzard was very confused by its stillness and kept nudging it to try and get a response. I think there may have been a slight time lag however, between their narration and what we were seeing on screen, because by that time the mother had gotten fucked off with nudging it and was eating it instead. Excellent! |
