Its the age old problem, you are on a promise but your mate rings you up inviting you to a VIP, executive box at the game of the season for your favourite team, but at the same time, a really hot girl who you would never pull normally in a million years, wants your body.
What do you do? |

Be totally honest with her and explain that VIP chances dont come up often. If she is worth meeting she will understand. I would totally understand if a guy said it too me, infact I would prob be jealous as I love a good game of footie. Just tell her you will make it up to her and be her slave for the evening when you finally meet!! xx |

I've been to loads of football games, including cup finals, and at 52 have shagged a few women in my time too, lol, so suppose I'm pretty well qualified to comment on this one
For me it's no contest. The lady would win every time. Sure, as a guy,you need "guys time" but not at the expense a sexual experience with a lovely lady |

Yeah,I know what it is,I was just being ironic
What I meant was, I've never understood its importance.
So to me there'd be no contest. |

As a former Old Trafford season ticket holder, I have been to a few City-Utd, Leeds-Utd and Liverpool-Utd games, and great as the occaision may be I would still choose to spend the time with a lady if sex was on the menu, If it's just a date for a drink, then go to the match |

I have to be honest... let's face it you can have sex anytime and sex all be it brilliant is just sex at the end of the day.
A one-off chance to do something you really want to do and may not get the chance again?
GO TO THE FOOTBALL! |

Looks like you have a dilemma on your hands……..has you put it the match off your season….. Or a night out with a really hot girl,
Well me being a man u fan some 40 odd years and seeing many a great game 3-3 at main road 0-1 at OT sent down by Dennis
This might up set some: but it has to be the game for me you can talk about the game for years the day in the VIP box…….. You can’t say much to your mates about going out with the hot date it would only be yours and her memory,

Tell the truth, then... and only if all 11 players, the subs the manager and your mate are happy then go with the girl.
Be very careful though if they say "it's ok, do what you like" rather unenthusiastically, they may not really mean it |

Football football and football.
I can live without sex but not without my beloved football.
But having sex with someone who will wear my football top whilst i shout out my favourite team players past and present might just beat it........just |

Have any of you guys considered that this hot totty may be a prude in the bedroom. Refusing to give head and you can only touch her with the lights off…. cancelling out the only benefit of being able to admire the visual hotness of the crappest shag of your life?......... just a thought. |

a box for the game of the season - gotta be footie but in defence if my partner got a similar offer for an event of her choice I wouldnt expect her to decline it for sex.
A match on the TV, no contest my partner comes before most things |

Please please can we have this comment deleted???
You see I have a tiny little problem with the words this lady has written
Scottish - thats ok we are
Jambo - thats ok hubby has his love of that same team
Female - thats ok I am
Footy fan - there is the problem
I have spent good shoe money on sports channels for hubby to watch his beloved Jambos but hubby says the channels are the same as everything else and cover many more of the "big two" clubs matches than the smaller teams - but strangely wont let me cancel the subs and save the £30 a month and buy shoes!!
Back to the op question much as tho I dont even pretend to enjoy or like football if hubby had the chance to get a free ticket to see his Jambos I would wait til he wandered home and be waiting in stockings and the undies he likes the best

OI Nom I never said I was a fan I said hubby was and he isnt here the now - well someone has to take the kids to school in about 6 hours!!!
And I will have you know at my kids school there are at least a dozen kids who wear the Jambo colours for sports day - football shirts are banned cos it causes fights or so say the teachers!!
So ner ner ner ner there is more than 2 supporters in Kennoway!!

I actually knew that, in fact I think Hearts are in fact the third best supported team in Scotland, I just figured if any jambos were still awake it would get a reply,

it worked |

Is that true???
3rd best supported team?? really?? Go to Edinburgh any Saturday and I could swear the 2 teams play in bright red or blue rather than the maroon or green colours they really do
Being honest with you Nom I really thought the biggest scottish supported teams would be english clubs cos kids today seem to only be interested in who is winning rather than picking teams - like my hubby did - that are close to you or have family ties.

in terms of tickets sold (home matches and requests for away games ) Hearts are officially third best, but i follow your point in terms of "support" as in the common question whit team dae you support them pal? maybe English teams might be a common answer (obviously still after the big two in Scotland )

Never bought a ticket hun so wouldnt know that.
I do remember a few years ago we had a neighbour who was a hibs supporter and hearts hibs were in the semi final of some cup (dont ask me which one cos they all merge into the same match to me ) and he got real peeved off cos hubby was dancing around as hearts won then the final again hearts won and hubby decided we would all be going to watch the cup be paraded thru the streets - you know that day I swear there was no one in Edinburgh supporting any other team but a few months later no jambos to be seen
Hubby always says you should support your team regardless of win lose or draw. Well he sat me down and explained that his uncle was a steward at Tynecastle long before Rock Steady were brought in and now he has cousins who work there so he says he will be a jambo til he dies - I say that can be arranged!!!

A football fan that changes team after the age of about 12(ish) isnt a fan they are just glory hunters, the biggest problem Scottish teams have is the huge draw of the big two, almost every city/town in Scotland will have more fans/buses leaving that city to follow another cities club than remain behind to support the home team.
I have total respect to any fan who supports his/her home club, they need every fan(fans money) they can get. |

I was going to say I have spent more on hubbys football obsession but I sat and worked out how much I have spent on shoes handbags and sparkly thing for me and my 2 daughters and your right Nom
In this last year I have spent way more on my daughters and my shoes than hubby has spent on football stuff - and its not his fault I decided to get him a zippo or new badges for his birthday is it??
