Well today for me its Assorted Toffees and I pick them over so start of with best ones Liquorice toffees I sall move to mint toffees when thay have gone , lol.  |

Not feeling so guilty now about the empty sharing bag of Starburst sat at the side of me ... trust that the sugar doesn't count as well? |

Yeah something to do with each Starburst being individually wrapped. Your body can't see the sugar inside so it thinks it isn't there.  |

That's a relief ..... I did eat them quite quickly and will dispose of the packaging before anyone else sees them so doubly protected. |

Also it's worth pointing out that because you ate them quickly you would have burnt up any sugar your body may have inadvertently seen anyway. |

Absolutely! Fruit pastilles are 25% froot joose! So you need to eat about 4 tubes of them to get one of your five a day.
