Ways to Get High -- Without Drugs or Booze and sex . .lol

We all know how to take a drink or pill to reach an ecstatic state. But you can also get high without spending a penny....... oo come on how do you get your high in life ?

Working out or spending time people watching in the sun does it for me. Sex can have its low boring moments but my drive for sport and fitness always stays steady.
