These seem weird - but they do work!
A test in mens health magazine a while ago - the guy lost a few inches from his waist and said he was more toned.
I have a belt soewhere - and when used for a few weeks it def made a noticeable difference.
Bear in mind similar stuff if used in terms of therapy for injuries to stimulate muscle growth. |

Obviously I’m no expert….!.
But I would have thought judging by the health risk some lunatic body-builders accept when taking all kinds of potentially hazardous drugs hoping to aid their goals of achieving the body beautiful….!.
If simply shooting shocks of electricity through their muscles would also assist this process, Argos would sell electric chairs….

I've never had one or used one but a friend of mine did and she used to sit on the sofa of an evening looking like she was getting electric shocks, which I suppose she was ) . She stopped using it after about a week because it felt unpleasant to her.

Again I’m no expert, but surely any muscle in electrically induced spasm actually contracts which kinda contradicts the hypothesis of using electric shocks for stimulating growth…….

Thanks guys!
Hoping to tone up a bit on my belly. Can't do crunches as I have a bad back and noticed it kinda aggravates it if I try that.
Probably a fad so I won't spend much on it. Tried it once and seemed bearable but didn't know bout long term.
Crossing fingers and hoping for the best.

"What about one of those rocker type things? I think they are supposed to be easier on the back. "
Don't think guitar hero will do much for a flatter tum!! |

My physio gave me a load of exercises for core stability which will give you a flat stomach and lots are done standing or on a ball. If I stuck to doing them I would have a flat stomach but I dont |
