Sadly I cannot eat it any more - but it is very, very good.

I do a mean scotch egg which is wrapped in spiced pork, lardons and black pudding.

I eat stunning healthy until I get to cook for visitors. Then all the stops come out!!

Oooo love Black Pudding! Black pudding on toast with some brown sauce, yum!! Don't think I have ever tried Bury's and I'm not too far from there either

I do love White Pudding though as well. That is lovely, a bit more peppery but still lovely!

Chicken breast stuffed with Stornoway black pudding and wrapped in smoked bacon ... With a little apple chutney at the side ... Since I like a bit on the side !!! Mmm

A "southern softie" here who loves Bury Black Pudding! I just grill it and serve with grilled bacon and a couple of runny yolk fried eggs with a splash of sauce (tomato or brown).

i've tried both.....our local butcher stocks Stornoway black pudding....and i've had a boiled black pudding with Picallilli on Bury Market.......and the stornoway wins by an Argyll mile
