Hi guys,
I am currently doing my dissertation and need some tips on how to concentrate and avoid procrastination. Any tips greatfully recieved.

Actually in all seriousness, try doing the plan for your dissertation away from your pc. Only go to it when you need internet access otherwise it's far too easily to get distracted. When you start to write it up, disconnect from the net. Allow yourself 10 minutes in every hour to relax. |

I've got exactly this problem! Know how you feel. I am the king of procrastination, and other words ending in -ation too, which i fear maybe the other half of the problem!
In all seriousness though, I was thinking of going to the uni library, because I doubt I'd get away with being on Fab when I'm there... |

I do most of my research at the uni library for that same reason lol
Then I completely shut myself away from everyone while I write my assignments
Its the only way I can do it or else I let every excuse under the sun distract me
